Can you come and measure up my wall area for a quote?

Yes we can. We offer 2 solutions for quoting for supply and installation services. For a flat fee of $150 we can come to your site and consult, measure and provide and artwork with pricing (subject to location) Alternatively we offer a free quote if you supply the sizes and photos directly to us.

Can you install as part of your service?

Yes. Part of our business is supply and install, delivering a full end-to-end solution. We can support the planning and design stage, and then take complete control of the measuring, manufacturing and installation process for select jobs.

Can you supply only?

Yes, we’re flexible in our approach and align our services to client needs although we recommend that we’re involved in the design and layout stages for non-standard products. You can purchase all of our products straight from our online store. Most products are offered with free delivery too!

Do you have a showroom?

No, our business is designed to sell our products via the website, we try and give as much information on each product to help with your descision. Alternatively we can send you samples of our products or, we can advise on local projects we have completed for you to look at.

What’s your lead time?

If we have stock usually a few days from order, however please check our online store for product availability. We aim to minimise lead times however, timeframes are influenced by material availability and work in progress. Firm dates can be locked in once an order is placed so it’s best to confirm as soon as possible.

Do you supply your panels in small quantities?

Yes. We can tailor our offering to suit our clients needs for boutique jobs and large-scale infrastructure projects.

What warranties do you provide?

A minimum 4 year warranty is provided on all of our panels.

What’s the cost of your artificial green walls?

Naturally, the cost depends on many factors including the project size, complexity, site access, and panel sizes to name but a few. Estimates can be provided based on plans.

Are we able to view your range of panels?

Yes. We’re more than happy to organise a time to showcase our range of solutions and we can also arrange some samples to be sent to you. You may also reference our product technical sheets, project profiles and portfolio gallery.

Have you got any standard details you could send through?

We do have product technical sheets as a starting point however, we design solutions to suit specific project needs. Please contact us to discuss your next project.

Is the metal frame on your Evergreen Panel powdercoated?

Yes its a strong as you can get, the panel is powder coated and galvanised ensuring it lasts over a very long period. This product has been designed to last for architectural applications.

What sort of material can we attach the panels too?

Realistically anything. Our products will attach easily to any plasterboard or timber wall materials.

What material is used in the panels?

Polyethylene (abbreviated PE) is the material that the plants and ferns are made of and is the world’s most common plastic. The annual global production is around 80 million tonnes! Its primary use is in packaging but it can be found in most household items and is perfectly safe. The mesh back of our Evergreen Panel range is made from powder-coated steel mesh – also perfectly safe and very durable
