Can you install as part of your service?

Yes. Part of our business is supply and install, delivering a full end-to-end solution. We can support the planning and design stage, and then take complete control of the measuring, manufacturing and installation process for select jobs.

Can you come and measure up my wall area for a quote?

Yes we can. We offer 2 solutions for quoting for supply and installation services. For a flat fee of $150 we can come to your site and consult, measure and provide and artwork with pricing (subject to location) Alternatively we offer a free quote if you supply the sizes and photos directly to us.

Can you supply only?

Yes, we’re flexible in our approach and align our services to client needs although we recommend that we’re involved in the design and layout stages for non-standard products. You can purchase all of our products straight from our online store. Most products are offered with free delivery too!

Do you have a showroom?

Do you supply panels in small quantities?

Yes. We can tailor our offering to suit our clients needs for boutique jobs and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Is the metal frame on your Premium Panel powder coated?

Yes it's a strong as you can get, the panel is powder coated and galvanised ensuring it lasts over a very long period. This product has been designed to last for architectural applications.

Are your products online in stock?

Our products available online are in stock at our Sydney warehouse. We dispatch orders every afternoon, allowing us to provide our customers with fast shipping as well as in-store pickup.

What warranties do you provide?

A minimum 4 year warranty is provided on all of our panels.

What is your lead time?

If we have stock usually a few days from order, however please check our online store for product availability. We aim to minimise lead times however, timeframes are influenced by material availability and work in progress. Firm dates can be locked in once an order is placed so it’s best to confirm as soon as possible.

What's the cost of your artificial green walls?

Naturally, the cost depends on many factors including the project size, complexity, site access, and panel sizes to name but a few. Estimates can be provided based on plans.

Are we able to view your range of panels?

Yes. We’re more than happy to organise a time for you to view our range of products in our showroom. Alternatively, we can arrange some samples to be sent to you. You may also reference our product technical sheets, project profiles and portfolio gallery.

Have you got any standard details you could send through?

We do have product technical sheets as a starting point however, we design solutions to suit specific project needs. Please contact us to discuss your next project.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once the payment has cleared, your shipment can take anywhere from two days to ten days, depending on your location. Delays may occur depending on the particulars of your shipment. However, the following guide should give you an estimate of what to expect:

NSW: 2-3 Business Days
VIC: 3-5 Business Days
QLD: 3-5 Business Days
SA: 3-5 Business Days
WA: 5-10 Business Days
NT: 5-10 Business Days

We'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as we've shipped your order. For customers in New South Wales, we also offer direct pickup from our Head Office.

What sort of materials can we attach the panels to?

Realistically anything. Our products will attach easily to any plasterboard or timber wall materials.

Do you have a Fire Rated product?

Our signature Evergreen Premium system has achieved an official Group 2 Fire Rating, after a full-scale fire test in accordance with International and Australian industry standards AS ISO 9705-2003 and AS 5637.1:2015.

Do you sell Gift Cards?
