Shipping policy

Delivery Lead Time

Once payment is cleared, orders will be dispatched within 1–2 working days from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery takes 3–5 business days Australia wide. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves the warehouse. Bespoke products are dispatched within 7 working days. Lead times for special displays and trees are quoted separately.

Delivery Methods

Our couriers deliver Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. Deliveries are untimed but we can generally indicate the day of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the goods. We do not take responsibility for missed deliveries or issues outside our control. If delivery details need to be changed, please contact the courier directly. Alternatively, we can note the package to be left at the address without signature.

Clients may arrange their own freight and collect from our Brookvale warehouse. Full details must be provided after payment is received and collection organised at least one business day in advance.

Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to orders over $625 delivered to Australian addresses, excluding WA and NT. Website orders only. Free delivery does not apply to bespoke items. If a timed or special delivery is required, a surcharge may apply.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at $9.95 per order, covering loss or damage in transit. This can be added at checkout via the toggle in your cart.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. For shipment enquiries please contact the courier directly. Our sales office can be reached on 1300 084 884, Monday–Friday during business hours, or via email.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

International Delivery

International shipping is available at the discretion of Evergreen Walls and approved on a case-by-case basis. All quotes and invoices do not include import duties or taxes. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) β€” customers will be contacted by customs upon arrival and must settle any applicable charges before delivery is released.
